Skills Mapping Service

The skills mapping service enables us to ensure that your training budgets are laser-focused on the areas that your organisation needs to improve. It follows four stages:

  1. Map the skills you need

Map by role, department and seniority.

2. Assess your staff

Assess all of your staff or take a sample; these assessments can be conducted in-person or remotely.

3. Map your needs

By comparing the list of needs and the assessments that we have taken, we identify the greatest areas of need within your organisation.

4. Design & Implement Training

Using the findings we will design a training programme that prioritises your organisation's learning needs, priorities, budget and capacity.
