Professional Skills Programme

Background Information

The Professional Skills Programme is available for individuals seeking to improve their career prospects. The full course is designed for unemployed University Graduates, whereas the evening course is designed for full-time employees or those who have not undertaken a degree.

Full Time PSP Course Details

  • 10 weeks, full time (08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday)

  • Upon successful completion, we provide internship and employment opportunities with external employment partners

Evening PSP Course Details

  • 20 weeks, part time (17:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday)

  • By default, we do not provide post-graduation professional development.

  • Upon successful completion, we are able to assist you in developing your career if you want us to. We can assist in recruitment and career progression.

Full Time PSP Course Fees

  • Le 5,500,000 total:

    • Le 500,000 upon successful enrolment

    • Le 50,000 per week of training (Le 500,000 total)

Upon successful graduation, we will collect the balance of Le 4,500,000 through:

    • 50% of all earnings above minimum wage

Evening PSP Course Fees

  • Le 7,000,000 total:

    • Le 4,000,000 upon successful enrolment

    • Le 150,000 per week of training (Le 3,000,000 total)

Individuals should apply if they are:

  • Unemployed; and,

  • University graduates, university students in their final year or diploma-holders from a technical institution; and,

  • Willing and able to start full-time work immediately after the PSP ends.

Individuals should apply if they are:

  • Full-time employees; or,

  • Employed individuals seeking leadership positions.

Stages to the application process:

    1. Register your interest online - this collects basic information and allows us to get in touch with you.

    2. Join us for a pre-assessment - we will call you to talk over some of the information you have provided and invite you to a pre-assessment. This pre-assessment is free of charge - you do not need to pay anything.

    3. Sign the MoU and pay your fees - make sure you understand what you are signing up for.
